A few days ago we introduced the concept of New Alfa Romeo Glory in a dedicated post, where we explained that this attractive model is actually the result of a collaboration between the Alfa Romeo style Center owned by the Italian automaker and the students of the Istituto europeo di Design (IED) in Turin. The prototype was finally unveiled a few hours to over 83° Geneva Motor Show and here are our exclusive pictures to immortalize the event.
4700 mm in length measurement, 1920 mm width, height 1320 mm and with a wheelbase of 2900 mm, Gloria looks like a sports sedan with decisive lines that run down the side up at the rear end. The New Alfa Romeo Glory model was presented in Switzerland is purely a design exercise, but theoretically would be self-propelled or V8 biturbo V6 engine on the road.
The New Alfa Romeo Glory concept is the result of a process that simulated an actual working situation: from brief of centro stile Alfa Romeo and the pursuit of style up to twenty design proposals developed in 1: 4 scale clay models. That corresponded more to initial brief provided by Alfa Romeo was chosen, with the entire class of students who then began working on their final project in full scale.
